Who we are
MapPack Tune-Up is a service of XTA Properties, LLC, 2443 Fillmore St, Ste 3807263, San Francisco, CA 94115. Contact: billing@maptuneup.com.
What we collect
- Checkout details, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Intake form answers: business name, Google Maps link, city, services, contact name, email, phone.
- Public information about your business (your Google listing, website, and directories) used to write the audit.
How we use it
- To deliver your audit or monthly service and send order-related emails (receipts, delivery, one follow-up about the monthly plan).
- Marketing about other products only with your opt-in. If you tick the optional, unchecked "product updates" box, we may email you about other XTA Properties, LLC products, such as new XTA tools (including HireWrangler, hirewrangler.com). We record the date and where you opted in. Every such email has an opt-out, honored within 10 business days.
- We don't sell or rent your information.
Cold outreach
If we emailed you first, we found your business email on your public website. Reply "stop" and we will never email you again. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days.
Refunds & cancellation
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: reply to any email from us or write to billing@maptuneup.com within 14 days of a purchase (audit or any monthly charge) for a full refund to your card, usually issued within 2 business days. Monthly: cancel anytime at our Stripe billing portal or by replying "cancel"; billing stops at the end of the current period. Charges appear on statements as MAPPACK TUNEUP XTA.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee rankings, calls, or revenue. Google decides rankings.
